Beginning with Tergothen Bay, mobs may have a ball of energy visible below, around or above their heads. This is the visual clue that they have a buff on them that makes them harder than the unmarked mobs around them. The color of the ball tells you what effect is on the mob. There is also an Effect icon on the mob. Just in case you do not notice the energy ball or the icon, there is a sound that all these enhanced mobs make.

Only mobs that display one of these four effects have a chance to drop a Mysterious Bag.

Double Your "Dailies", Double Your Drops! - On all, or very nearly all, of the Daily and Public quests that require Quest Drops from Mobs, if you have both repeatable quests in your Quest Journal at the same time the mobs will drop Double the items, cutting your harvesting time in half! This may be considered a bug or exploit by some, but I like to call it a feature.

Note: All four sub-sets include a matching Cloth Cloak, but this is not counted towards the Set Bonus.

Level 85 No-Set-Bonus Rare armor sold by Kai Kent [Justice Workshops] at Muckgale Port in Wailing Fjord (99,999Gold 999Energy of Justice ). All pieces of the above sets may "randomly obtain additional attributes" when purchased. As your total Energy of Justice Energy of Justice (faction with Justice Workshops) increases (above 5,000), the individual item prices will come down.

The parts of these sets, those which can be purchased, are sold by merchants at Muckgale Port in Wailing Fjord:

  • The Head slot pieces for these sets are sold by Kai Kent [Justice Workshop].
  • The Recipes for the Hand, Belt, and Lower Body (Transformed) pieces for: Greedy Goddess Set and Voice of the Sea Set are sold by Holly Kalway [Black Codex], and the remaining 4 sets are sold by Meryl Jay [Black Codex]. Each recipe costs 15,000Gold 260Ancient Mementos .
  • ALL 6 sets also have a Transformed Cloak that shares the name, appearance, and similar stats, but does not count towards the number needed for the Set Bonus. They are sold by the same NPCs that sell the rest of the craft-able item recipes.

The remaining parts of all 6 sets are dropped by bosses in Grotto of Horror.

Crafting Stations:

This is a great place to grind Dailies because there is a Housemaid here and 12 Dailies so you can switch to High Level, get 10, perform them, switch to low level, and turn them all in. Very fast and easy.

Additionally, if you grab all the Public quests that can be done concurrently, you earn Public Event Points Public Event Points ×1150 which turns in to Energy of Justice Energy of Justice ×4 every day with zero effort. The repeatables that can be concurrently performed are:

Curse of the Hulu

Kidd used the legends and culture of the Hulu, Xabu, Walu and Balu as the basis for his examination. He placed them under a proective aura, ensuring that anyone who attacks these tribes will fall victim to a curse.

Dispel Curse will not remove this. This curse stacks. My guild tells me that when you get your 4th curse a phoenix appears and explodes. You cannot kill it but you can pop an immunity and run like hell. It vanishes after the explosion.
