Transport Circle (Object)

From Chrysalia on, most zones will have at least a couple of these scattered around. They provide free, instant transport between locations. Sometime you have to complete a quest to get the circle up and running properly. The Transport Circle may be attended by a Transport Circle Manager.

Kashaylan: Transport is available by Circle between Hovik's Camp, Sabano's Camp, and Secret Camp.
