Make the Lesser Poison Dragons swallow the  Detoxification Potion and collect the gold from you know where.

Walkthru

Both versions of this quest need the same thing:

Get  Gold with a Smell ×10

Use the  Gold Rope to lasso a Lesser Poison Dragon and drag him to you, wait till it reaches you (melee range), then use the  Detoxification Potion. The dragon will sit and cough a moment, then fly away leaving behind a Great Turd which you must search to get  Gold with a Smell

Great Turd

You do not have to immediately turn-in the  Gold with a Smell every 10. You can continue to use the  Gold Rope and  Detoxification Potion to get more.
