TP or Talent Points are earned through combat and doing Quests. They are used to increase the levels of skills. Once spent, it is impossible to revoke any decisions or Talent Points except through a 
Basic Skill Reset Stone or an Advanced Skill Reset Stone.
Base TP earned (before bonuses) is always 10% of XP earned.
