Summary
Naibi Kelongde wants you to use the Pre-adjusted Imprisoned Witch Rune against the Ruthless Ice Witch when it is weak and then bring the Imprisoned Ice Witch back with you. Report back to Naibi Kelongde when finished.

Details
According to numerous reports, the Naga are using rune crystals to summon Ruthless Ice Witches. The lower temperatures of the snow and ice inhibit the movements of the Naga, so they are planning to summon the powerful Ruthless Ice Witches to turn the tables.
If they are successful and are allowed to finish summoning the Ice Witches, then the balance of power between the sub-humans will be lost. If they end up occupying a warm region, then it will be much more difficult to deal with them! Therefore, we need to collect information about these Ice Witches and devise a way to fight them.
Your task now is to use this adjusted rune to imprison a Ruthless Ice Witch and bring the Imprisoned Ice Witch back to me.

| This quest is intended for a group of at least 3 players. There are numerous circles in the area with a Ruthless Ice Witch (Elite) and 3 Ancient Naga Rebels around her, keeping her imprisoned or empowered. You need to kill all 3 of the Ancient Naga Rebels and pull the Ruthless Ice Witch before her attendants respawn or they will add! Then you need to fight her down a bit and use the  Pre-adjusted Imprisoned Witch Rune to trap her. |
