Kill Mazzren [the Reaper] in the Vale of Rites.

Alternate Completion: It can be very difficult for solo players to complete boss-kill tasks, so this quest can be completed by simply talking to Kerley Hill again.

Note: Mazzren [the Reaper] drops Loathsome Tentacle, which starts the quest A Dangerous Tentacle when examined.
