Entrance is guarded by a Sandstone Messenger. Kill him to open the portal.
This is the home of the World Boss Sandlord Sesphiroth (Level 63 Crown Elite), required to complete [61] Fear.
Warning! Once you have entered this zone, the only exit is on the far side of Sandlord Sesphiroth! You have no mount you can use here, and it will take too long to run around him. He will likely path into you!
