Summary

Go to Ice Blade Plateau. Prevent Cibel [the Mediator] from the Inexorable League from completing the Ritual of Displacement and eliminate Nasqtas [the High Priest of the Minotaurs].

Note: You can venture into the Ice Blade Plateau instance yourself or talk to Aydan Highlander once more to complete this quest.
