Summary

Follow Narfas to the Bloodstained Pond and learn the source of the creature mutations.

Notes

Spoiler Alert! We have some more information about how to perform this quest but recognize you might want to try it on your own before we tell you the secret...
Go to Bloodstained Pond, find a relatively clear spot (or make one) and use the  Spirit Projection Stone to summon Narfas. Follow him around until the quest completes. If he vanishes use the  Spirit Projection Stone to re-summon him.
