Before asking Captain Issac Tobolin to come here, I need someone brave and intelligent to sneak into Icefrost City and confirm the existence of our enemy.

I have faith that you are the person who can successfully complete this dangerous mission. There's no one as capable as you. If you're willing to accept this responsibility, go find the Shiller brothers. They're temporarily hiding outside Icefrost City in a secret location. Thanks to them, Fanger's temporary camp is always prepared for enemy attacks.
