Summary
Use the 
Publicity Tools to promote the festival at the specified locations in Kingdom of Lechif.
Goals: Use the Publicity Tools at the following locations:
- Residential District Fountain (across plaza from Dalinham Castle Gate)
- Dalinham Castle Gate (at the top of the steps from the plaza)
- Southeast District (in front of Mr. Figg's Wine Glass)
- Northeast District (inside the outer walla)
- Northwest District (outside the outer walls)
- Port District (Lechif Harbor)

| A green targeting reticule marks where you need to stand, and the spots should be marked on your map as well. Although there are two copies of this quest, given by two different NPCs yet identical, you do have to return it to the same NPC that gave it to you. |

Festival Repeat Ticket is used.
