Nearly all the inhabitants of North Willow Manor have been enslaved by the Kobolds.
Everyone's doing their best to ensure those prisoners are set free, but the operation is only progressing slowly. The hostages are under heavy guard, so the only chance we'll have to free them will be to take out the Firewood Foremen.
Do you think you could try to save them? At the moment we need all the help we can get.
Instructions
Head to the Kobold base, defeat the Firewood Foremen and free the Slaves.
All quest groups (diads or triads) start with the Main, non-repeatable quest, which unlocks the repeatable quests.
Quest Type | Needs |

Main | Free 10 Slaves |

About Public Quests
Public Quests are infinitely repeatable. Those in Coast of Opportunity and Xaviera reward XP, TP, Gold, and an Old Bag (hence the common sobriquet, Bag Quests). In Redhill Mountains, each repetition of [67][Public] Freedom Fighters rewards an Ancient Memento. In all other zones they do not reward XP, TP or Gold, only Public Event Points. In all other aspects they are the same as a Daily Quest (except for the infinitely repeatable part and the rewards). Public Event Points contribute towards the completion of Regional Quest objectives, which in turn rewards a number of Energy of Justice commensurate with your amount of participation in the Regional event. |
