• Royals' Refuge Entrance Hall
• Royals' Refuge Front Base Camp
• Rear Base Camp of the Royals' Refuge

There is a Special Anvil here, and standing beside it is Mysterious Old Will.

• Use the Special Anvil to turn  Unprocessed Rune Energy Fragments into some number of  Rune Energy Splinters and a  Rune Energy Splinter Bag. Open the bag to get hundreds of  Rune Energy Splinters.
• Mysterious Old Will will exchange:
  •  Rune Energy Splinter ×100 for a  Craftsman Pledge - Preliminary
  •  Craftsman Pledge - Preliminary ×30 for a  Craftsman Pledge - Advanced
  •  Craftsman Pledge - Advanced ×10 for a  Craftsman Pledge - Premium
