Although not labeled as such, the target is Crown Elite and you are gonna need some friends to help with this.

All three versions of this quest need the same thing:

Kill Pachakon (Crown Elite) in Madro Troll Ridge near Larsen's Legacy.

He paths in the middle of the area with all the furnaces. You may want to use WorldSearch to guide you to his area.

All quest triads start with the non-repeatable quest which unlocks both of the repeatable quests. Both repeatables can be completed together with a single kill.
