Description[ | ]

A Weapon Skill is a Passive, non-common Skill that all classes have and is one of the ways that you can improve your attack Success Rate or Enemy Miss Rate (not to be confused with Physical Accuracy Rate or Dodge Rate). When you level up, you unlock passive levels of these generic skills that you can level up by gaining experience through hitting an enemy with a basic (white colored) hit with a weapon (increases Physical Hit Rate with that Weapon) or by taking hits from enemies ("Physical Defense"). The damage of the hit doesn't matter, any successful strike will do.

  • In other words, Weapon level attributes from the list on your character sheet show your proficiency. They help determine your melee success with the listed weapon (no miss). In the case of Defense, it helps determine your

ability to resist an enemy from successfully hitting you (miss).

  • You will stop gaining experience with each skill once the maximum rank available for your current class's weapon skill level is reached.

Maximum Weapon Skill Increase Table[ | ]

(This table is approximate, not taken at the 100 level, then an error of +/- 1 to 3 levels can occur. It could be caused by constant at Lvl 1.)

It calculates Max.Lvl of Weapon Skill, then the limit.

Legend:

  • Excellent: "=" or ">" to High "Physical Defense" Max. Skill (K and mobs). For sure, "0% miss" again same class level.
  • Good: "=" or ">" to Mid "Physical Defense" Max. Skill (D, Wd, W).
  • So so: "=" or ">" to Lowest "Physical Defense" Max. Skill (Wl, M, Ch, P).
  • Squishy: "<" to Lowest Physical Defense Max. Skill (Wl, M, Ch, P). For sure, "X% miss" again same class level, between 2% until 6.5% of miss ("1.3" weapon) (case A).
