Spoiler Alert! We have some more information about how to perform this quest but recognize you might want to try it on your own before we tell you the secret...
Tirktork the Great Overseer is elite, and unless you are OP AF you will need at least one friend to help with this. While it is possible to get to him with very little combat (if you can avoid the Elite guards) you better be armed to the teeth and well-supplied with potions to fight Tirktork at the top of the Rusty Mountains.
