| This Amulet belongs to my father. He wrote my and my brother's names on it and would take it out and look at it sometimes when he thought about us. He was very proud of it. But our proud father was driven mad by the Decay, suffering the same fate as many of our brothers and sisters. My brother and I can't help but feel the heavy weight of guilt about this, even though in reality the Inexorable League are the ones to blame. That's why we've given up our surname and will not rest until the Inexorable League is destroyed and our guilt about our father is laid to rest once more. |
