This quest becomes trivial above Level 87.

Iris The Iris' are found easily, just outside the village around the Snoop portal. When you complete this quest, his Blessing is to teleport you to Old Border of Wylant where Jasmin "Firefly" Angerfang will give you your next quest.

When one of your people dies, we use the  Iris to ask for the blessing of our ancestors. A bird will come and carry the soul of the deceased to join with the ancestral spirits. I hope the Kalon emissary will be able to join them.
