Access to the quests offered by this NPC must be unlocked by completing [54] Guidance of the God of Wind.
The trial of the Great Barrier has to be passed in order to get to Aotulia Volcano...
The core of this trial is the 4 sub-quests of Resource Management. These require you to have completed the main quest sequence for each of:
- Ape Mountain
- Lake Heron (quests based in Norzen Camp)
- Rufa
- Kilanche Fungus Forest
Only when these quest chains have been completed will the central figure in each area give you the key materials you need to open the Great Barrier to Aotulia Volcano.
