Unless you are very twinked you will not be able to solo these, and as you kill the other Guardians they have a chance to respawn as a Giant Rune Guard. Sooner or later this area will get so lousy with Giant Rune Guards that you will not be able to effectively avoid them and will have to wait for a group to clear them out or a server reset.
