All three versions of this quest need the same thing:
- Kill 5 Secret Enforcers of the Shadow Bandits.
All quest triads start with the non-repeatable quest, which unlocks both of the repeatable quests. Almost, but not all, triad repeatable quests can be performed and turned in at the same time (this one can).
Do NOT forget that while you are near the tent and have cleared the Enforcers, be sure to click on the Mysterious Chest to get the 
Secret Document.
