This mob cannot be located using World Search.

He is located just up the incline south of Khazor's Whatchtower. if you climb up that way you cannot miss him.

The Crumpled Letter says his companions can be found at the camp south-west of his corpse (Winternight Valley Camp?). That may be a good place to start looking.

Deliver the Crumpled Letter to his son, Willy Bauer, if you can find him.
