You can now go to back gate of Obsidian Stronghold and kill Red Winged Harpies.
After killings the following text appear:
"After the thorough cleansing of the evil power next to the Tempest Height Transport Circle, a mysterious force field appeared around the transport circle"
Spirit of Tempest Height is now open.
Spirit of Tempest Height
There are total 20 waves of mobs, starting at 40, level of these mobs can increase over 100. All mobs are crown elites and they have one over-lord crown elite that is tougher than the rest. Each killing drops two kinds of chests, and number of chests increases with every two rounds. Half of the chests can be opened directly while the other half require an 
Ancient Treasure Key for each. Basic chests that can be opened directly give either an item-shop item, like 
Transport Rune, 
Home-sweet-home, 
Marking Ink or Ancient Treasure Key, or a piece of gear, materials, potions, Ammunition, or Strange Crystals that can be exchanged with an Ancient Treasure Key for 20 crystals. Other chests offer better drops of course.
