All three versions of this quest have exactly the same requirement:

Kill 5 Silent Pass Bandits and 5 {Silent Pass Marauders.

These are members of the Silent Pass Thieves and have a camp on the plateau above Torag Caravan. This might explain why the local thieves seem to know everything that is going on.

All quest triads in this zone start with the non-repeatable quest, which unlocks both of the repeatable quests. Almost all triad repeatable quests can be performed and turned in at the same time. The Daily rewards XP, Gold and  Phirius Token Coins while the Public gives only  Public Event Points.
