You need to be at least Level 61 to turn-in this quest.
Get Promise Root ×5 from Promise Root in Silent Pass. As you harvest each Promise Root 1-2 Thieves' Hounds will spawn and attack you.
There are two ways to where the Promise Root can be found:
- From Secluded Valley, turn right at the intersection in Silent Pass and fight your way through all the Silent Pass Bats. If you decide to do this, be sure you have Using Natural Enemies, Using Natural Enemies and/or Further Use of Natural Enemies so you can capture the bats and kill three birds with one stone.
- Go to Torag Caravan and climb the hill behind the Snoop portal.
