Crystal Shard General Cannot be sold These shards are dropped by monsters created by the Darkwater Source. Collect 5 of these shards to make a  full crystal ×noicon. (Hand these shards to Parson or Falakens to exchange for a  Darkwater Crystal.)

Once you have 5 of these, the droprate seems to decrease until you have handed them in to exchange for a  Darkwater Crystal.
