Summary
Get five 
Silvermane Hound Hind Legs, and then go to the southeast of Twilight Mine and find the prepared fire. There you should use the Grill to roast the meat until Crafty Bernok appears. Kill him, and then report back to Jill Norley.

Details
This monster is called Crafty Bernok. Vahtos originally created him in the image of a Silvermane Hound, but endowed him with a very crafty personality. So he normally doesn't show himself.
According to the Card Book, when the smell of its own race is combined with its favorite smell, the resulting scent will strongly provoke him. Thus you should get Silvermane Hound Hind Legs ×5, and then go to the southeast of Twilight Mine and find the fire I prepared there.
I have already put the boar meat and the Fire Pit there. You just need to add the hind leg meat to the fire.
Be careful though... Those smells combined will probably attract any other Silvermane Hounds in the area. If you are unable to deal with them by yourself, you'd better ask others to help.

| see Vahtos' Apprentice quest series for more info. You will need a group to kill Crafty Bernok. Perhaps, even a Raid depending on party members levels. IF you fail, you will need to abandon and re-acquire this quest to get a new Grill, then get another Well, as a Champion/Mage 27/24 I was able to scratch him.
