This is a Collective Item Set of armor subsets: Head: sold by Viktor Sabor [Justice Workshop] at Port Shard. Upper Body, Shoulders, and Feet: dropped by Bosses in Bone Peak. Hands, Waist, and Lower Body: Crafted from recipes found in a Mysterious Bag or sold at Northern Stronghold by Lars Bianco [Black Codex] or Dorothea Aiden [Black Codex]. Each set also has a 'Transformed' Cloak that shares the level, stats focus, and appearance with the set it is named for, but does NOT contribute to the pieces needed for a set bonus.  Recipe - Transformed Lorl's Cape is an example.
