Wiki Ideas

One of the biggest thing this wiki is missing is an auto complete feature in the search bar that searches for pages. This is an absolute must on this kind of wiki though it may be a limitation of the host idk but it realy needs to be there.

ok after a quite a bit of research (and dling wikimedia) i found the fix! you must add the fallowing to LocalSettings.php

$wgEnableMWSuggest = true;

Guild section?

Don't we need a general section to Guilds? about how to lvl up guilds how to obtain a guild house. Ditto castle etc.?

I think there should be a guild category. I'd like to see which building needs what to be built...

Planting

The planting section barely has any information on it at all. I've never edited a wiki article before but I really enjoy planting in Runes of Magic and I've achieved level 25 as of today 9/25/09. I think I know enough about the planting system that I wanted to add to it.

Sets

Okay, here’s a contribution of mine. I have templates for Zones, Areas, Towns and Landmarks

Zones:

Name of Zone

(i.e.: Howling Mountains)

Description

Towns

Towns in region

(Logar, Reifort Camp etc.)

Areas

(Parts of a region that are not a town)

Areas in region (Moongorge, Scar of Despair, Barren Caves etc.)

Landmarks

(Places that are too small to be a region or a town. When its iffy, if there are people such as crafters and an enemy cannot chase you through the area, it’s a town. If its just quest givers, it’s a landmark)

Landmarks in region (Helen’s Farm etc.)

NPC’s

All NPC’s not tied to another place, if applicable

Quests

Any quests, if applicable

Enemies

Any enemies that are not part of another area, if applicable

Towns

In the case of Varanas and The Obsidian Bastion, they are both Zones within Zones, and their individual areas are Towns. Any feedback?

For the quest "Refining Yellow Juice", there is in fact willow in Sascilia @ 29.4, 24.1

Cookies

Hi, i know it is bad site to report this problem, but mayby you have idea?

Since yesterday my cookies ( Google Chrome ) bad working - e.g. i change article and if i look to recent changes i don't see this edit. The same is true when I look at this edited article. On other sites i don't have this problem, only on theromwiki. Any idea?

Menu, statistics and skins

I have an idea to menu - it can be in user language if it is available e.g. Polish site has been some articles
Runes of Magic Wiki/pl
This is easier to quickly move between pages.
I can add links to other sites e.g. Community Portal

Mayby you can add separate statistics to e.g. Polish sites?

Why you off options with select ready skins?
You can add it?

I already told you that if you wish a polish subdomain, you need to tag all the polish pages as part of a translation project. Once there are enough completed, we will create a subdomain and move all the polish pages there. Then you get your own statistics, etc. and no, we will not be enabling any alternative skins.
