this page is an ongoing experiment relating to the pets mineral gathering ability. The goal of these tests is to determine if the money awarded for production ever surpasses the money used to supply the necessary tools. It is my belief that once the pet achieves a high enough level in any gathering possession, they can reliably make a positive net gain of gold from doing so.

NOTE: profit can be easily made via auctioning mats, but I assume the Creator meant for vendoring all the mats. The ratio seems to always be 50%,45%,5% chances for the 3 items. With this ratio and the vendor price fr the level 61 mats I get and average of 78.25g per tool. This means that it is not possible to vendor mats for profit.
