It is decent equipment for solo questing but should be upgraded as soon as possible. The Normal pieces are dropped by various common mobs in Northern Janost Forest (Treasure Tables 725252 & 725253), while the Rare armor, as well as the weapons and accessories, are dropped by trash and bosses in Raksha Temple (see 725251 & 725254).
